On the 31th of October, the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) held its Service Excellence Awards and mobile network operator NetOne Cellular was honored

with the Service Excellence Award in the Mobile Telecommunications Sector by the association. The first runner up was Econet wireless and Telecel was the second runner up.

This award is bestowed to the organization in recognition of its quality network service and customer-centric offering. NetOne has an array of bundled voice offers such as; Khuluma 24/7- which allows customers to call on and off net at affordable rates. The Dollar-A-Day bundle offers on-net minutes and free smses to customers.

 The data packages on offer include the WhatsApp bundle, which offers voice and video calling within the bundle. Twitter allows for media content viewing. Facebook allows customers to connect socially on the platform. Instagram allows for real-time photos and video streaming across the platform. And last but not least the Night bundle offers 1GB from 10 pm-5 am and is popular amongst students as well as shift workers.

NetOne Head of Public Relations, Dr Eldrette Shereni commenting on the award said, “As NetOne we take pride in putting subscribers first and ensuring that we deliver quality products and services, a quality network with ubiquitous connectivity and super-fast data speeds as well as a quality distribution network that enables our customers’ greater accessibility to our services round the clock. Now if that is not service excellence, I don’t know what is …therefore this award is indeed well deserved.
