TPC Is A Zimbabwean Mid-Range Smartphone That Rivals Premium Models

With its crispy clear pixel density of 720 by 1080, the TPC Xtreme 9S rivals some top end phones without having to fork out over $1000 for the benefit.

TCP is a new smart brand from Zimbabwe, the Mobile phones company was started by Thelma Panashe Chidavaenzi. TPC stands for Thelma Panashe Chidavaenzi (TPC).

TCP entry into the market comes at a time when cell phone manufacturing are pivoting from there business models. TPC joins the likes of GTel, Astro Mobile, Tecno, and others.

TCP currently has three mobile brands the TPC Xtreme 9S, TPC Compact R7  and TPC Prime M8.

 TPC Xtreme 9S 

This phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1080 pixels. The TPC Xtreme 9S is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6595 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the TPC Xtreme 9S packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

It sports a very responsive fingerprint reader.

The TPC Xtreme 9S is powered by a 3100mAh non-removable battery. It measures 154.00 x 76.80 x 8.80 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 182.00 grams.

TPC Compact R7 

This phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1080 pixels. The TPC Compact R7 is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6595 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the TPC Compact R7 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The TPC Prime M8 is powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6595 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the TPC Prime M8 packs a 13-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The TPC Prime M8 runs Android 6.0 and is powered by a 3100mAh non-removable battery. It measures 174.00 x 76.00 x 8.00 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 194.00 grams.
