Resurgent mobile telecommunications giant, NetOne is leaving no stone
unturned in their quest to reclaim market share. The company has had a vibrant
2019, with the results speaking for themselves. In the POTRAZ second quarter
report NetOne was the only mobile network to record market share growth.
NetOne has made the conscious decision to adopt a Back to Basics approach
premised on four key strategic pillars, namely:
- Quality Network,
- Quality Distribution,
- Quality Contact Centre and a,
- Quality Balance Sheet.
Recently “The Best Quality Network” as it is described by many, won the
coveted Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) Mobile Telecommunications
Sector Award to affirm the title. However, amongst many initiatives the vibrant
mobile network operator has also embarked on a nationwide customer and staff
appreciation tour throughout Zimbabwe. The appreciation began in Harare, before
gracing Mutare in a unique style and fashion that is now resonate at NetOne.
“Providing the best quality customer experience remains the lifeblood of
our organization, as the customer is and will always be King. It is for this
reason that NetOne has embarked on a tour throughout Zimbabwe to thank not only
our staff but also customers. The school of thought is to cut like a double
edged sword by bringing our customers and staff closer”, said NetOne.
