EcoCash, the mobile money transfer service has offered gratitude to the people of Zimbabwe for their continued support.
In a video from twitter, Ecocash’s CEO Ms Natalie Jabangwe said they are very grateful to the nation for their patience during the Ecocash platform upgrade and promised to continue offering better products to their customers.
“The upgrade project was a very necessary activity we wanted to take, in order that we provide the best service delivery for the years ahead.”
“Now that our upgrade system is completed, we are looking forward to offering you new innovation and services that would be of a greater level to your financial services.” She said.
Furthermore, Natalie Jabangwe added that the next step that EcoCash will take is to make sure that they clear out all queries from EcoCash customers.
“One of the key focusing areas that we are looking into is to ensure that we clear all outstanding customer queries that are associated with this product.
